2)Cook with less oil -Spray oil preferably/Grill /Boil/ Roast

Stay Focussed ๐๐ผ
4) Look at your food portions -โ of your plate should be carbohydrates/protein and Vegetable .Simple ๐๐ผ
5)Eat Small and often ๐๐ผStop skipping meals and having this massive portion of food in the evening ๐ฎ
6)Exercise regularly at least 3 times a week 30 mins of brisk exercise ๐พโฝ๏ธ๐ธ๐
Think about it how many of us do 30 mins of exercise 3 times a week .
Take lunch time walks -Half an hour will give you about 5000 steps

Find a dance class /Swimming Group /Anything to get you goingโ
