1)By having a Healthy Diet / stop the Junk food ! Snack on fruit ๐Ÿ‡ 

2)Cook with less oil -Spray oil preferably/Grill /Boil/ Roast

Do whatever it takes ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Accountability is of importance ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ

Stay Focussed ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

4) Look at your food portions -โ…“ of your plate should be carbohydrates/protein and Vegetable .Simple ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

5)Eat Small and often ๐Ÿ‘Š๐ŸผStop skipping meals and having this massive portion of food in the evening ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

6)Exercise regularly at least 3 times a week 30 mins of brisk exercise ๐ŸŽพโšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿธ๐Ÿ‚

Think about it how many of us do 30 mins of exercise 3 times a week .

Take lunch time walks -Half an hour will give you about 5000 steps

Find a dance class /Swimming Group /Anything to get you goingโ€™
